If the car isn't right for you, return it within 7 days or 500 km (whichever comes first) for a full refund of the vehicle price. The vehicle must be in the same condition as delivered. Delivery fees and optional add-ons already installed are non-refundable. Trade-ins are returned if not yet sold, otherwise refunded at the agreed trade value.

How to start a return

  1. Call or email us within 7 days of delivery and tell us you'd like to return the vehicle.
  2. Tell us why and your current kilometres, and send a couple of photos.
  3. We'll confirm within one business day and arrange pickup or drop-off.
  4. Once we've inspected the vehicle, your refund is issued to your original payment method, and financing is cancelled with the lender.

You can also decline the vehicle at delivery at no charge — nothing is owed.
